“We have just returned from a few days at Sprinks Farm. Our stay from the moment we booked to the last day was brilliant.
Eddie communicated throughout and answered any questions I had prior to us arriving. I asked if we were able to arrive a little earlier than the planned check in, they accommodated this and were there to greet us.
The house is lovely, warm, cosy with all the amenities you would need. The working farm was wonderful and a highlight was a goat giving birth and having the privilege to see the new arrivals!

All of our accommodation comes with the following amenities.
Sprinks Farmhouse has four large bedrooms and accommodates up to eight people comfortably.
A large open bedroom with plenty of storage space for clothes, memory foam mattress and views over the garden. A great room for the grown-ups to rest up after busy days in the fresh country air.
Equally large, the second bedroom offers flexibility to have two or three single beds with stunning views towards the deer park. A wonderful and quiet room – where the only noises are those of the owls and perhaps a few other animals around the farm.
With access from the living area, this room offers a peaceful retreat for grown-ups of all ages.
The final room is set up to accommodate either adults or younger children. Filled with plenty of toys and books, an Aladin’s cave for the little ones in your family.
The living room offers plenty of opportunities for fun family activities.
Boasting a wood fired range, electronic piano, TV, DVD player, Wii and a whole range of games – the living space gives you the chance to sit back and relax.
The house boasts a modern kitchen with attached dining space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large range of cooking utensils – together with fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and should the mood take you, bread maker.
The farmhouse has one full bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
It also has a separate WC downstairs.
Sprinks Hayloft is a first-floor apartment with fantastic views over the deer park, that can accommodate up to four people comfortably.
With windows opening straight over the beach volleyball courts and views onto the deer park, the bedroom is a great place to wake up.
Drift off to the soothing sound of neighbouring owls in the trees and wake up to views of our deer herd roaming the grounds – what better way to immerse yourself in nature?
There is also a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate a further 2 guests.
The very large living room offers plenty of flexibility for additional accommodation as well as space to eat, play and rest.
A king size sofa bed provides additional room for two guests. Large windows open to views over the deer park and the peak district beyond.
