Will my venison be fresh or frozen?

From September to March (during the season for red and fallow deer) we endeavour to produce meat fresh for dispatch. Occasionally it may be necessary to send frozen venison but we will contact the buyer to discuss. Outside this period, venison will be frozen.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before Wednesday will be dispatched on Friday by 24 hour courier.

How will my order be delivered?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation and your order will start to be processed.
On the day your order is despatched you will receive a text or an email from us giving you your shopping details. Our courier will also give you your live tracking code and an estimated time of delivery. 
Please note while we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem.
All orders will be packaged in sustainable (48 hour) insulated boxes together with cool packs to ensure that your food arrives fresh.
